Our Mission

Under the concept of “Intention-Based Leadership“, All Leaders Initiative aims at the development of leaders at every level.

 

We consider a leader to be anybody who intentionally leverages his freedom and his responsibility in the service of a group.

 

We therefore work within organizations in order for everybody to reach their full potential – and the full potential of their team, through a virtuous dynamic.

 

Such collective performance implies the development of individual self-esteem and fulfillment and thus contributes to reconciling human and economic dimensions inside organizations.

Our Belief

We believe that relationship – to one-self and to others – is of the essence in everybody’s ability to become the best version of themselves, in a responsible and engaged way.

 

Engagement and the potential for expression, creativity and loyalty that come with it, are unleashed exclusively freely and voluntarily.

 

Relationship and engagement are two pillars of leadership which we think is:

| a competence that can be developed, not the quality of a selected few

| a collective (crew) virtue, not an individual attribute

| and can fully florish only in a psychologically safe environment.

 

We are in the middle of one of the most profound shifts in human history, where the primary work of mankind is moving from the Industrial Age of “control” to the Knowledge Worker Age of “release.”

Marie Emmanuelle describes herself as “an anchored coach” willing to “prove that chaos can be navigable” as Victor Hugo put it… Born from a motley and multicultural family with strong inclusion values, she very early and first-hand experienced the importance of a caring group or team for any individual’s identity building or re-building.
She served during twelve years in the French Navy as a Mechanical Officer, then Nuclear Officer including onboard the Charles de Gaulle French aircraft carrier.
Since 2006, practicing collective expertise within the French Institute of Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety, she has developed her know-how of the conditions of excellence in collaborative work.
Trained as an engineer, coach by conviction, she now supports individuals and teams in the transformations they aspire to by putting at the heart of their work the expression of their freedom, their responsibility, and their commitment.

 Marie Emmanuelle is graduated from the French Naval Academy, and specialized in nuclear engineering (INSTN); she is certified in integrative Executive Coaching at Transformance Pro / Coach&Team (Vincent Lenhardt) as well as in Human Element® Phase 1 and for COF Assessment (Intercultural Leadership & Coaching – Ph. Rosinski) ; she is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

Committed to support individual and collective development within enterprises, Pierre-Etienne created All Leaders Initiative with Marie Emmanuelle after 20+ years of work experience in very various and mostly international organizations and markets (big corporates and entrepreneurship, management and consulting roles, B2B and B2B2C, mix of retail, telecom, fintech and cultural sectors).
He complemented his business competences developed across a broad spectrum of marketing roles – and always in contexts of both market and organizational deep transformation – by diving deeper into the properly human and relational dimension (certifying education in executive coaching) to maximize his impact at the crossroad of organizations’ business and human stakes.

He completed his consulting experience (Accenture, Cap Gemini) with specialization in and practice of executive coaching (Transformance,  Momentum) for large accounts and their management (including at most senior levels) in France and internationaly.
François’ drivers: generating a momentum based on openness and trust ; helping develop a leadership anchored in each individual and team’s uniqueness.

François is graduated from Science Po Paris, followed an International Executive Program at INSEAD and is a Certified Executive Coach (Transformance Pro – Vincent Lenhardt)

Yaël cofounded Imfusio en 2006, a pioneering business in the support of managerial transformation whose motto is “to reveal life within organizations”. Yael has been instrumental in Imfusio’s particularly advanced business, social and environmental collaborative management practices which are recognized by the B-Corp certification.
He developed a unique expertise in the fields of complex transformation projects and management innovation R&D.

Jean-Sébastien Py/

Jean-Sébastien has been developing teams for 20 years in the financial services and FinTech sectors. His work experience shows a strong intercultural dimension: he has been living almost 15 years in APAC, but also in North America and Europe ; he has a dual scientific (R&D) and business culture, as well as the experience of both big corporates and start-ups.
His curiosity, his taste for discovery and challenge were also demonstrated with his sail circumnavigation which he managed as much as a team project as an adventure over two years.
Jean-Sébastien is passionate about creating expert and motivated teams.

A METHOD

All leaders Initiative offers a practical method mixing consulting, individual and team coaching and facilitation of collective intelligence entitled “Intention-Based Leadership”.

It is particularly inspired by the experience of former Submarine Commander David Marquet, author of the business bestseller “Turn the Ship Around!” ™  (read more), Will Schutz’ “Human Element®” approach (read more) and Vincent Lenhardt’s “Integrative Coaching” principles (read more)

A PRACTICE

“Intention-Based Leadership” envisions leadership as a practice accessible to all instead of the attribute of a selected few at the top, thus challenging the hierarchical “leader-follower“ model, in favor of a “leader-leader” organization.

It proposes tools and methods, based on language and behavior, in order to foster decision making, induce engagement and develop leaders at every level, while securing control, without any compromise on operational excellence (read more)

A CULTURE

“Intention-Based Leadership” is fully powerful when it is deeply integrated within a team or organization, including in its values, processes, attitudes and behaviors.

The development of a culture of safety is therefore of the essence, which allows to anticipate risks to support both performance and resilience. The concept of culture of safety as developed by All Leaders Initiative is founded on the learnings of both nuclear industry (and its unparalleled high reliablity stakes and international cooperation) and latest research on psychological safety (recognized as the primary factor of collective performance) (read more)
