Experiential Leadership in Virtual Reality – Mission One

Simulator to break silos, develop psychological safety and create a culture of accountability.

Experiential Leadership in Virtual Reality – Mission One

Mission One is a 2-day immersive virtual reality (VR) training offered by All Leaders Initiative to develop leadership, cohesion and decision-making under pressure. The scenario places two crews β€” one aboard a submarine, the other in a combat helicopter β€” facing a common mission to accomplish with limited resources, time constraints and restricted communication channels. Cooperation is not optional: it is the only path to success.

Iterative approach

Each VR simulation sequence is followed by in-depth debriefings led by experienced leaders, allowing analysis of behaviours, decryption of team dynamics and progressive construction of more effective collective strategies. The equipment is entirely mobile β€” it can be deployed in the client's premises or at a seminar venue β€” and the standard configuration is 2 teams of 7 people with dedicated support (mentor, mediator, game master).

Target audience

Mission One is designed for executive committees, operational managers and cross-functional project teams whose performance depends on rapid decision-making and flawless communication in situations of uncertainty. A streamlined one-day format, the flash assessment, is available for initial evaluation.
