Women's Leadership

All Leaders Initiative offers a women's leadership programme founded on a central conviction: in theory, leadership should not be gendered; in practice, it still is. The challenge is not to claim a difference, but to rehabilitate the diversity of postures — those that combine strength and gentleness, ambition and meaning, affirmation without domination.

Singular offering

The offering's singularity rests on transmission through lived experience. Programmes are led by women with pioneering careers: naval officers, nuclear safety experts, leaders from ultra-technical and highly responsible environments. These are authentic practitioners of power in historically male-dominated worlds, not theorists of the subject.

Integrative coaching

The approach is inspired by the integrative coaching of Vincent Lenhardt, the humanist philosophy of André Comte-Sponville and the thinking of Simon Sinek, articulated around three pillars: meaning, action and grounding — aligning head, heart and body. Formats are varied: individual coaching for female leaders, collective pathways promoting professional sisterhood, mixed seminars on male-female cooperation, and inspiring conferences.
