Stress Management – TOP® Method
Method from the military world to manage stress and remain performant. Qualifying training for access to Practitioner level.
Techniques d'Optimisation du Potentiel (TOP) are a set of educational — non-therapeutic — methods originally developed by the French military under the direction of Dr Edith Perreaut-Pierre. All Leaders Initiative integrates them into its educational engineering and offers them as qualifying initial training, opening access to the Practitioner pathway of French TOP schools.
3 meta-objectives
The method is based on three complementary meta-objectives:
- energise before action (mobilise physical and mental energy),
- regulate during or after (return to calm, reduce muscle tension),
- recover effectively (restore an activation level compatible with the activity).
It relies on breathing work, relaxation and visualisation — tools that each participant selects and adapts to build their own personal toolkit.
Extreme versatility
Extremely versatile, TOP techniques apply equally to everyday stress management and high-pressure situations, conflict or intense nervous fatigue. They form the personal foundation and individual dimension of several other trainings offered by All Leaders Initiative, particularly in conflict management programmes.
Training is delivered by Jérôme Bouteiller, TOP Practitioner, and Marie Emmanuelle Py, TOP Initial Training, both trained by Optimiser Mon Potentiel.
