All Leaders Initiative offers corporate seminars and teambuildings of 1 to 2 days built entirely bespoke, based on a prior diagnosis of the team's explicit and implicit issues. The approach does not start from a catalogue of services but from an alliance with the leader: listening, co-construction of the programme, then facilitation by certified professional coaches on behalf of the client.
Three dimensions
Each seminar articulates three complementary dimensions:
- operations (work on projects, shared vision),
- regulation (work on relationships and collective processes),
- training (targeted input on management or skills development).
The balance between these three dimensions is an integral part of the strategy built with the sponsor.
Support over time
Support does not end at the seminar's conclusion. All Leaders Initiative systematically plans follow-up points at 1 and 3 months to sustain the effects over time, and can design successive major moments if the transformation challenge justifies it. The ultimate goal is to help the leader develop their own capacity to grow their team's collective intelligence, beyond the one-off intervention.
