Bespoke Individual Coaching and Off-the-shelf Coaching

The individual coaching offered by All Leaders Initiative is structured support of 8 to 12 sessions of 1.5 hours with a certified professional coach, open to any employee at any hierarchical level. It provides a confidential and safe space to develop skills, performance, self-confidence and motivation — serving both the individual and the organization.

The approach is structured in four stages

  1. an exploratory meeting allowing the coachee to meet up to three coaches and freely choose theirs;

  2. a tripartite meeting with an organization representative to co-construct objectives;

  3. the coaching sessions themselves, focused on the coachee's solutions rather than external prescriptions;

  4. finally a final tripartite review to measure progress and share learning.

Topics covered

Topics covered include self-awareness, stress and conflict management, managerial positioning, ability to bring people together and emotional intelligence. Documented results are solid: according to the International Coaching Federation, 80% of coachees report improved confidence and stress management, and ROI can reach 5 to 7 times the initial cost.

Individual coaching programs are typically customized, with a scope defined on a case-by-case basis (including the agreement on objectives and progress indicators, the number of sessions, and tripartite reviews—initial, mid-term, and final).
