Mental health and psychological well-being, a major issue in the world of work!
Still resolutely taboo not long ago, the question of psychological well-being and mental health
at work has come into full light since the Covid crisis... In fact, the warning signals are numerous, with multiple consequences now well documented:
Employees have an increasingly strong perception of these issues:
This does not prevent them from doubting their employer's real concern, as these figures show about the proportion of employees "quite agree" with the following statements about it (figures collected in an OpinionWay survey for All Leaders Initiative / EOL among a representative sample of employees in private and public sectors in France in 2022):
This issue must be understood in its global dimension That of developing **quality, healthy and
sustainable work** for its actors, encompassing both working conditions, the quality of relationships at work, and the meaning that can be given to it. Let us recall, in order to avoid any accusation of "feel-good nonsense", that collective performance only unfolds in an environment where sufficient psychological safety reigns, as many of our works highlight, with supporting evidence. The quality of work and the health of employees and management are indeed the guarantee of an organization's quality and health and its overall performance, aligned with economic and social challenges. To go further At All Leaders Initiative, we intervene across the entire continuum of collective effectiveness. We have thus developed, to intervene on the left side of this spectrum of situations depending on contexts and challenges, a **set of services dedicated to psychological well-being and mental health at work**. We invite you to consult them here and to contact us to envisage support, or simply start by talking about it...
