Pierre-Etienne BOST

Pierre-Etienne is involved in supporting individual and collective development in the workplace as a consultant and certified professional coach.

In 25 years’ experience, he has held positions of responsibility in major groups – Bouygues Telecom, Alcatel, American Express, Ingenico, etc. – and in entrepreneurship, giving him a unique experience of business diversity and managerial cultures, always with transformation in mind.

He has the unique ability to combine expertise in research and measurement – he is currently Director of Consultancy for the HR/Management division of the OpinionWay Institute – with practical experience of supporting organisations, teams and individuals (managers and executives).
It is the perfect embodiment of All Leaders Initiative’s “collective development through proof” approach, which aims to maximise and demonstrate the impact of its actions, in line with the economic and human challenges facing organisations.

Pierre-Etienne BOST is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and has a DESS (Master 2) in Marketing Research and Strategy. He is also certified in Executive Coaching (Transformance Pro / Coach&Team – Vincent Lenhardt). He is a certified trainer in mental health first aid (MHFA France). He is currently training in Gestalt Therapy of Bond (Cycle 2).
